Established on October 1, 2008, under the decision of the Ministry of Education & Training, the Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology (CTECH) was founded with the mission of training high-quality human resources, contributing to enhancing the value of Vietnamese people. The college was founded by professors and doctors from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, inheriting the essence of education and an innovative mindset.
In 2019, the college has officially become a member of Hai Phong Group—a corporation operating in various sectors including Labor Dispatch & Human Resource Supply, Education & Training, Automobile Distribution & Maintenance, and Investment & Project Development Consulting. This integration has opened up numerous opportunities for students in learning, internships, and employment, while enhancing training quality to meet corporate standards.
